A track record in fundraising recruitment

We don’t just understand fundraising recruitment. We’ve built long-term partnerships with organisations that trust us to find the people who can help grow their income and impact.

We have recruited Fundraising Directors for organisations including Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People, Buttle UK, Camphill Village Trust, Sadler’s Wells and WeSeeHope.

At the University of Leeds, an initial campaign to recruit four fundraising roles resulted in four successful appointments in an exceptionally challenging candidate market. That partnership has since grown to 12 appointments across the University.

As part of our wider charity recruitment work, we’ve also recruited fundraising talent through long-standing partnerships with Global Witness and Buttle UK, where we’ve now made 14 and 12 appointments respectively across their wider organisations.

For MQ Mental Health Research, our approach helped the organisation reach a different pool of candidates while recruiting philanthropy and partnership roles — resulting in two successful hires.
