Working for Buttle has been nothing short of a privilege as they work hard to create a working culture to be proud of. We have worked in collaboration with the team to recruit a diverse and talented team of people with transparency, compassion and kindness at the heart of every process.
Most recently we led the search for their new Director of Fundraising, leading a team of 10 and managing a budget of £5million. With an impressive list of applicants, we conducted rigorous interviews, headhunted passive talent and shared a compelling communications campaign to our networks. We succeeded in finding a senior level, talented Fundraiser with a huge passion for the work of the charity and we wish them well in their future role.
We have proudly recruited 10 other individuals into the wider team, all of whom rave about the human-centric work culture and brilliant team of people.
We have offered support and advice around policies, training, benefits, salaries and recruitment to ensure a seamless and joyful process for all parties and have successfully hired candidates in the Executive, marketing, fundraising and HR departments.
