3 years on and 15 placements later, we have created a game-changing partnership with the extraordinary Global Witness team.
The team were set to launch a transformational recruitment drive and were looking to partner with a recruiter who lived and breathed inclusivity. Our values aligned and we worked closely with the team to provide consultancy and innovation whilst complimenting their ground-breaking & progressive approach to hiring new talent. Valued conducted a global recruitment search and worked collaboratively with hiring managers across the campaigns, fossil fuels, communications, philanthropy, events & finance teams. We delivered multiple, complex & comprehensive shortlists across the organisation & successfully onboarded candidates across all teams. The project was a huge success & demonstrated that large-scale recruitment can be done in a human, inclusive and joyful way.
Co-collaborating with a partner takes time, energy and intention. Every hiring manager brings this in spades at Global Witness and take the time to create an inclusive, joyful, transparent and timely recruitment process. They share interview questions in advance, provide timely detailed feedback, interview with a 2-way human lens and onboard quickly and attentively.
Most recently we were tasked with recruiting 6 new hires which equated in 70 interviews conducted by Valued and over 500 CVs reviewed! The end result has been positive and unique and shows what a disruptive and creative bunch the team at Global Witness are. What a joy!
