Crohn’s & Colitis UK is a charity very close to our hearts, and it’s been an honour to support the team with the recruitment of new Trustees to its Board and Young Adults Panel.
As part of our pro bono work, Crohn’s & Colitis UK became our Charity Partner and we launched a campaign to recruit four new Trustees to their Board.
Alongside the Trustee campaign, we supported the charity to recruit new members of its Young Adults Advisory Panel, building an instrumental network of people with lived experience of the cause.
Across both campaigns, creating an inclusive and accessible recruitment process was central to our approach. We wanted to reach people beyond the usual networks and build geographically diverse candidate pools that reflected the communities the charity exists to support.
It’s a brilliant example of how thoughtful charity recruitment can widen participation, challenge traditional routes into leadership and help organisations build more representative teams.
